Isn’t it like, friends always assign you to be the main cook, I mean they will help with choppin the onions and shit, but usually they just get you high as fuck and then they make you some sort of kitchen overseer and you gotta like, RULE, this goes here, this goes there, don’t put so much oil into that, here, i’ll do the bloody marinate, EVERYBODY, GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE KITCHEN NOW
i’m that person to my friends. i don’t mind though. i trust my cooking over EVERYONE else’s cooking.
I don’t think I trust my cooking as much as they do, really. They once left me in the summerhouse with a sharp knife, 10 pounds of meat and a bottle of whiskey, and went outside frying their asses in the sun. There were 5 people and not a steak left in the evening.
