Sounds like, well how do I put this, hmmm OK here it is, your screwed. It’s that simple.
Did you sneeze on it?
If you can take a screen capture and the problem shows in the cap then it is systemic- eg software, drivers like that. If it is not in the screen cap then it is likely the monitor breaking.
