The Space_Ghetto T-shirt Design Contest!!!

Hello Fellow SGer’s!

Every year Space_Ghetto pulls all of the creative force from the community to create something that can be sold to it’s members and can generate a profit to help keep Space_Ghetto alive. This year after much thought and deliberation we’ve decided to have a t-shirts printed up and available for sale. In the past we’ve done the SG calendar. This year we’ve decided to do something completely different! We want YOU to create an awesome design that you think is worthy of a limited print run SG shirt.
So here’s how it works:
  • Submit a design (Try to stick to 5 per person).
  • A limit of 4 colors. T-shirt fronts only.
  • Designs may include line art and text but no photographs.
  • All submissions should be in jpg, gif or png format.
  • All submissions should be in 300 dpi for printing quality.
  • The design must be your own original, unpublished work and must not include any third-party logos or copyrighted material.
  • By entering the competition, you agree that your submission is your own work and is to be used by Space_Ghetto solely for merchandising rights
  • By submitting your design, you grant permission for your design to be used by the Space_Ghetto t-shirt contest and for future marketing materials.

You will have until September 25th to submit your designs. From there, we will vote as a community on the winner. If needed more than one vote will occur to break a tie. Winner gets a free shirt of their design and SG stickers. Please send all submissions to: lady.parts23 [at] gmail [dot] com

  1. D’aaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwww…. =D

Now I’ll be sure to give him an extra big squeezy-hug when he gets back from shitting in the backyard. He is, indeed, one magnificent looking cat.
  2. But… is it okay if I submit my sixth photographic front-and-back design with twelve thousand colors as a BMP file at 72 dpi with the Pepsi logo in place of each member of Metallica’s head?  😛

  3. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of it either. That’s where I thought the velcro would step into place, to have a choice with the sleeves… This is why I am not a fashion designer, Next Top Ghetto would drop me like a hat. I should probably just groom dogs for a living, because they wouldn’t give two shits about what they looked like…

  4. look just grab the fuckin’ different banners of theGhetto [being spaceghetto] and have them going up and down the shirts filling it up, so the shirt would be just a bunch of the most bad ass spaceghetto banners?

  5. can we be sure these shirts will be high quality prints… not the kind you’ll find at tourist shops that start cracking after 5 washes? …Make it a print that binds to fabric and not just sits on top. USE A GOOD PRINTER… not some friends shop… research
and yes, I do have an option
