so… is bank of america still a good bank after all?

i get charged $10 monthly at chase bank and it bothers me because they always seem to charge me at the right time when im penny pinching. ps. theres a “wtf, are you serious?” look. the conversations starts at (8:36) and the face is at (9:06).
