Public Service Announcement #2

I like to address the entire community here, commenters, old, new, paranoid, defensive, humble and accepting. was this post not a fair gesture of friendship? what was done is in the past now and i am perfectly able to forgive. Did I really go anywhere? From my perspective you are the ones who departed to do exactly the same as I given the situation. However, from an even more distance view point. Allow me an inquiry then a personal observation. Did we ever seperate? Here is a visual aide to clear up any confusion about the reality of our roles in this particular journey in time.

  3. Okay, I’ve been casually lurking this site for years and I vaguely remember niga-majija back in the day… his avatar was that guy fucks mask.

    Other than that I don’t really remember anything about the “split.”  I think I’ve visited the other ghetto once or twice, and wasn’t really impressed.

    Can someone fill me in?  Bring me up to speed?

One of Nigamajiga’s admins forcefully removed him from as head of this website.  I believe there was ongoing argument at the time regarding how to pay for the site.  Agreement was never reached, but one admin took it upon himself to ostracize the once-figurehead of Spaceghetto via deleting his login info.  There was a schism, and  now everybody touts http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Status_quo_bias as proof positive that the general community sides with perpetrator who caused all of this in the first place.  I would probably be trolling too if someone ripped my own site out of my hands like that.  

  5. That’s one version of the story. Another version goes that, during the aforementioned argument over pay-to-play status for the ghetto, Nigs deleted all other admin access than his own, then shut SG down and set .net up the same day. Regardless of who done did what, the end result was that the overwhelming majority of users made the conscious choice to remain here, rather than follow Roy over to .net for whatever reason(s).

  9. I suppose this is as good a place as any, as I can’t start a new post to address tis. So here goes:

    As of this morning, I have been blocked from Space Ghetto entirely. Every effort to access the main site goes to a white screen with access denied. As last I checked, I haven’t done anything to warrant a ban and have certainly proven by now that I’m not a spam bot, I can only assume this is just another instance of the curiously intense fuckery that plagues Space Ghetto at every turn. I finally finagled a way to send this message as I have no other means to contact the site admins.

    That said, garciuh please email me when you see this so we can figure out what the deal is. Sorry to interrupt, folks. I’ll let you get back to whatever the fuck this is supposed to be.

  11. I Ghetto at home. Have never had a problem with this before. Fucking weird, right? The other day, I’m posting to various threads. This morning, I’m suddenly being banned as a spambot. Obviously, this wasn’t on purpose. But yet again, it’s just so fucking weird how these calamities seem to fall on SG so often in an almost pointed and targeted fashion. Sorry, I’m just venting because as I stated before, all I want to do is look at things and say stuff about things and I don’t think that’s too much to ask.

    Anyhoo, just had to let that out. I’m sure we can fix this. Thanks.

    The good news is your IP keeps changing so you probably just morphed into a previously banned IP number.

  14. Soooo no one knows why I was banned, never said in any way, shape, or form that I was banned in any of the forums. No one has come forward to say “Rapewhistle I banned you because _____”. Releasing and renewing my IP makes no difference. As of current posting I am still “banned” even though again I SURE AS SHIT DIDN’T DO ANYTHING IN THE MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN AT SPACE GHETTO TO WARRANT A BAN, LET ALONE ONE WITHOUT ANY SORT OF NOTICE.

    Any more good news on how to fix this so I don’t have to log into a proxy site just so I can be on SG would be welcome. Thank you for looking into this for me.

  18. A very similar if not exact problem happened to me a month or so ago, and I assure you hon no one banned you. So settle on the banned biznass. It might be a DNS issue, but I don’t think my issue was ever properly diagnosed, cause it mysteriously left just as it had came.

  21. As I said before, one of your iP’s was banned and probably still is as it was the IP of a spammer acct. too. Dynamic IP’s do that sometime. Unfortunate coincidence methinks.

  22.        That statement is false from top to bottom. Every single word. There was no argument and in fact Skeez was about to up the registration fee to $7. Perhaps they were to scared to say anything and its possible. Mind you most of these people kissed my ass. Moved along to kissing the next ass required to get good standing and so on. Its not like I would ban anyone for down talking me either and I didn’t ban ANYONE. I was the one constantly unbanning everyone. The same people who would talk the most shit about me publicly too.

  23. All I know is I’m loyal to Skeez and DW and Rapewhistle and Swollen and Yogi and all the other people I annoy here that were here when I first got here and IDC. I don’t know exactly the chain of command, but I do know I don’t like this Niga guy and to me Niga you seem like you’re a fucking whine bag dude.  I just call it like I see it.  All the people that run this joint I appreciate and you obviously must be in some sort of situation to be hanging out here all day and bringing people down.  Scared me away and that’s hard to do ok?  For what it’s worth.  If shit goes down  someone cool find me on FB and let me know what’s up.   It’s Stupid the way some find it so hard to SUCK IT UP AND GET ON WITH IT.  REALLY.  But what do I know ?  I’m just the resident drama whore here, or one IDK.  FFS. Last time I checked I was an adult.  IDK about you.

     FYI I’m sure it was a flook Rapewhistle. There’s no way someone would do that outright, it would make no sense at all.
