GnT baby. Maybe a margarita if I’m feeling festive.
I’m a bartender myself. And I have to say I’ve tried a lot of different cocktails. but for the summer I have to say I’m sticking with the mojito’s and the caipirinha’s. Or sometimes a long island ice tea if you just want to get plain stupid.
We were fiending on these at the beach this year. Serious ginger ale and huge doses of NOLA dark rum. Mmmmm
How do you pronounce caipirinha? Ki-per-nah?

Is it the original recipe, or the slightly modified one that allows for easier to find ingredients?

My buddy had to use the modified one during a recent camping trip because finding 17 year old rum and Trader Vic’s Rock Candy syrup isn’t easy.
