Look what I get to have done to me on Wednesday!

I used to get this done every 2.5 months, now, down to twice a year, but still sucks knowing that there’s no end in sight.  Only good news being that I get to pop plenty of xanax and usually smoke myself into oblivion afterward so the day of recovery is pretty well a blur.
