I made us quiche!

This is how you make 4 quiches,,,,,
1 dozen eggs and 4 cups of half and half or heavy cream
Add about half a teaspoon of salt and about the same amount of nutmeg, mix it up,,,
So we’ll be doing saute mushrooms (that’s what the garlic is for) spinach, that’s for all of them but 2 will be ham and the other 2 sausage,,,
I love the way spinach cooks down into a gooey pile:)
4 frozen deep dish pie crusts,,,fuck you I ain’t got all day!!!:)

Load them up, I forgot to take a pic with the cheese on them. The cheese goes on last, sprinkle liberally on top so it doesn’t become an asshat republican quiche, we decided to go with a recently outed sharp cheddar:)

350 degrees for exactly 1 hour,,,
This will get you laid fellas:)

  1. I don’t see how people use that preminced garlic out of a jar. I’m not a strict purist by any means when it comes to cooking, but that shit doesn’t smell or taste ANYTHING like real minced garlic to me. It’s not even close.

    Otherwise, nice quiche.
