So this year I’m hosting a Halloween Movie Marathon. And I’ve decided not to go with the obvious choices such as psycho or the excorsist(altough I think they’re great).
Instead I would like to know your recommendations, because I know there’s some movie nuts out there.
And even though I’ve seen a ton of horror movies myself, I doubt I’ve seen everything you guys have.
sidenote: nothing is weird enough. And foreign movies are more than welcome.
In return: Halloween sluts

Recommandations for Halloween: Dead alive, Premutos, Evil dead 2, any of the Guinea Pig series, Zombie (Lucio Fulci), City of the living dead, The Beyond, Cannibal Holocaust, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Ordeal, Haute tension…
On a lighter touch, but very beautiful : The company of wolves.
[Rec] scared the shit out of me. Same as the tunnel http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1735485/ the storyline wasn’t great but the scare moments were awesome.
Sorry Mr. Bear, scrolling on my iPhone, te trailer prolly showed up as a white rectangle of frustration. It is sooo funny. Can’t wait to hear your reaction.
Even better to watch it high, if that’s your penchant, but even stone sober this movie was as funny as fuck. (of course that only qualifies if you think “fuck” is funny)
Oops! Did your comment refer to Splinter? That ones not funny, but it is pretty brilliant for effects and tension. I can’t believe it didn’t get more attention. It was an unexpected surprise.
Argento is definitely a good suggestion. Check out some Lucio Fulci too. Cat in the Brain is a good one of his. I’d also suggest R-Point, A Tale of Two Sisters, and Bloody Reunion are pretty good Korean horrors. Audition is a really slow build but the ending is totally worth it. The Howling is a classic too.
Rubber is more just kinda weird but good, Troll Hunter was pretty awesome… I was recommended those two on here… oh and Cloverfield!!! if you haven’t seen that one, it should go near the top of the list… oh also 28 Days Later…

Poultrygiest (not to e confused with poltergeist) it’s the funniest movie about zombie chickens. It is like the Ricky Horror Spaceghetto Show.
already posted the trailer on this, but I haven’t seen it, torrenting it right now.

Wow, that freakin’ grammar. Cut my fingers off please.
Also try “Splinter” from magnet films, very “The Thing”.

No problem man. I’m excited to see it even more now that I hear it’s good from someone on the ghetto.
high tension
the trailer looks really interesting. Strange how it got under my radar, seeing as this is definitly a movie that I would watch. On the list! thanks!
