…reminds me a lot of my high school history teacher. She was quite a bit shorter than this girl and had short hair instead, but they share a similar facial structure and a certain quality I cannot put to words. My teacher was a sad, angry little woman. I was in her very first class she taught at our school (and maybe as a professional teacher; I was never quite clear on that) and her mom had just died. She was a total bitch her first day, but that was just a tactic she employed to weed out the douches who couldn’t handle a real class. She was completely awesome after that. Hands down, my best teacher. Anyway… Her constant mix of anger, sadness, and hinting at being on the verge of giving up while simultaneously being the strongest person I knew still remains with me to this day. I found it immensely attractive. She got married shortly after I graduated (nearly a decade ago) and I hope she has found some small amount of happiness in this life. However, I doubt she has changed much. Also, I’m certain if the opportunity ever presented itself (likelihood: 0.0000003%, on a good day), I would still totally do her. …as if that was ever in question.
