I did a mud run over the weekend. It was a 5K+ (about 3 1/2 miles). The course had mud pits (of course), walls, tires, and other fun obstacles. I had a ton of fun.
I finished the course in 42 minutes. I was really surprised I did that well. Not bad for a chubby dud who smokes heavily and hasn’t worked out in years.
