Rimac doesn’t reveal the technical details of the motors, but they say
the system develops a massive 1088 HP. That, given the 1.6 ton weight of
the car, gives it a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration of 2.8 seconds and top
speed of 305 km/h (limited). What’s more, they say thanks to 92kWh
battery module, it has a range of 600 km before you need to charge it
up. It’s brilliant.
The guy who made this whole project happen is 23 years old. Manufacturing starts in a year, they’re supposedly going to make 15 of these a year.
