Apocalypse Island, redux

Did you guys watch ‘Apocalypse now, redux’ (2001 194 minutes long) and ‘Shutter Island’ (2010) ??

I did it first in 2011 (voted 9/10) and again today (10/10). Shutter Island was aired few weeks ago (voted 4/10. It’s complex, smart movie but fucking ruined by Jewsese).
During today seance I used Shutter Island as a key to figure out the Apocalypse.
What if Benjamin L. Willard never came back to Vietnam ? What if we watched their therapy ending up [or not] with lobotomy ?
They both start as trainwrecks on their way to new mission or better say to start their therapies.
Both DiCaprio and Sheen  meet a lot of people on their way. But are they real? Mostly not.
Teddy Daniels is assisted by real Chuck Aule and meets real doctors on his journey. Everything else is only imagination of his fears and memories.

Captain meets even more people, are they all real? If not what do they mean ?
His motorboat crew consist of 4 people
Tyrone “Clean” Miller Lance B. Johnson Jay “Chef” Hicks Chief Phillips
They are the only one to react to people and situations surrounding them while Willard stays silent, absent.
They are not real. They are only imagination of 4 parts of Captain life.
  • Tyrone “Clean” Miller – youth – He looks innocent [for a nigger hehe], wants to party to the rock’n roll and is planning to start family, new life after the war.
  • Lance B. Johnson – drug addict – Playboy, surfer drug taker. As the journey progress we can see him taking acid, purple haze and getting insane.
  • Jay “Chef” Hicks – after war life – He has home and wife that he talks about. He seems reasonable and cooperative, till he starts asking if he will ever get out of this.
  • Chief Phillips – future – He is sour and focused on his boat only.
Benjamin L. Willard narrates only what his crew is going through. He assist them ashore, but never interacts with surroundings. Having opium-high naked french lady he ends up grabbing her titty through curtain. The same with playboy girls
What his crew [parts of his personality] is doing ashore is most important thing here! I will only explain playboy girls situation here: Future stays on boat, not interested in playing with bunnies. Youth is running around helicopter in rain, traing to get in. No pussay for him. Playboy/drug addict gets straight to undresing while adult/ after war personailty is trying to get his ideal woman in ideal position. He doesn’t give a damn about her shit nor even her name.
What about the rest ?
Can get any cooler, does it ?? Thats what L. Willard thought while imagining Vietnam war.
You can name Bill Kilgore a Captain America. Fucking hero, coolest guy of all. Can attack middle of enemy territory playing Ride of Walkirie just to walk around topless and surf a bit. He is a great tactician, treats his boys and civilians great. War is already won!
That was his first encounter with war :

worth mentioning is that tiger appears once again when the tables turn.
Imagination of victory and memories of better part of soldiers life. Captains personalities had great fun hanging out with other soldiers and trying to reach the girls.
Victory ended up in abbandoned camp prostituting itself…
Before crossing the bridge camp [of no return] the youth got killed in first serious fight. Captain had to men up.
They’ve found french camp overcasted in mist, separeted from river. They were real.  Support group consisted of people of different ages, gender and stories. Most remarkable was ‘quote’ from frenchmen ‘This war brings our family togheter’ with most of its members already ran away. That group helped Benjamin burry his youth.
Getting back on track  addict got out of control and massacred civilians, the future got angry and started fighting. That was moment of his death. He tries to impale Captain, becouse there is nothing to live for without future.
Camp at the end of the river is full of dead bodies, soldiers, zealots and Walter E. Kurtz.

Thats summary of war and personalization of all his demons.
It’s only Willard and his fear. Everything is covered in darkness. Camera for the first time is focused on their faces only.
Would his real doctor Dennis Hopper help him ?? [ I might be wrong here but I’m bending the story to connect with Shutter Island]
Even if he is not a doctor: He is a jurnalist that should be objective and help Willard coop with Kurtz. He wont. He is too amazed by him even thought he can distinguish good from bad. [Hopper was fucking amazing here]
In the end Martin Sheen killed Brando, disarmed  soldiers and made zealots bow to him. But he didn’t won. His adult personality got lost in clash with Kurtz and died, junky joined the cult. Willard and the junky are slowly getting away from the camp. They are not responding to the radio. We cannot be sure if the place will be bombed or not and will the boat survive ??
