When I look at any Digital clock.. Alarm Clock, Microwave, Watches.
The numbers look like they are moving, very slightly.. but moving up and down and side to side.

Yes, exactly. LEDs display by flashing very quickly. If I remember correctly it’s a strobe of 60 times per second (the speed of Alternating Current [also how most modern clocks keep time]).
maybe you are a pigeon? their eyes run at twenty-times the speed of a human. :p
