A friend of mine told me that he’s going to be divorcing his wife. After being ‘unfaithful’ for several years and her wanting a kid; he wanted to finally break it off. He wanted my advice, but after he said that he was certain he was going to do it, all we talked about was logistics. The two of them are going home for Christmas to visit her parents, and the big question was “Do I tell her before or after the trip?” I said Before. Because it would be easier for her to just stay home. It might ruin this Christmas, but it will be easier to deal with. I hope I made the right call.
