personally, it depends on the personality of either cat or dog. i do not like incredibly needy dogs/cats, but i do enjoy cuddling sometimes. the personality of my lab/chow mix is awesome. my cat is incredibly…well, need another word besides nasty since she can’t bother to cover her own shit in the litterbox. she loves being outside, which is a bonus.
what kind of dags do you like?
I would love to have a young small breed, maybe a Basenji, but it’s a big decision to me due to life complications. I keep putting it off. I have had a bunch of dogs in my life, and a few cats. My favorite dogs have both been Bichons.
I don’t think I’ve ever been around a Basenji. I’m sure I’ve been around a few Bichons in the past, but it’s possibly I am confusing that breed with another. they are cute dogs though!
Basenjis have no bark, don’t shed, are hypo-allergenic, and are said to be able to pilot small aircraft unassisted. I feel certain I could teach one to forge signatures and work a remote. Bichons are the little white fluffy French dogs that jump through the flaming hoops in circus acts. They do tend to be hyper and bark a lot, but are very sweet and affectionate. Zero piloting skills though.
