OC,,,blowing some rounds.

The original plan was to go and try out the offsprings new toy,,,not a big fan of 1911’s but this one came equipped with non-standard sights which is really my main gripe with them. So the the other father in law came with us and brought part of his arsenal,,,, This is a “Snakekiller” shoots either a long .45 or 410 shotgun rounds,,kicks pretty hard, smoothbore of course so kind of useless range wise but fun,,,, He thinks of everything,,, .357 with 8 round cylinder,,,this is a really nice revolver. The big grip is awesome, no hot gasses escaped from it which I’ve experienced before with other revolvers, good sights, accurate and kicked surprisingly little. This is an old school single action .45 and it’s also shoots the long .45 rounds. This one kicks pretty hard, good sights, the handle is kind of small for my big hands and unloading the spent rounds is kind of a pain. You never see them using the push rod to get a spent shell out in movies,,,, Beretta 9mm,,,,I like everything about these, the size, sights, grip, capacity, ease of use, they are perfect right out of the box AFAIC. This one kind of surprised me,,,,it’s a Glock 10mm, big fat rounds in this little automatic with a 10 round clip. Big hit for a little gun, kicks hard, sites are so, so but you really could hide it in your back pocket. It’s all about having the exact right kind of gear,,,, This for instance,,,,not a flash suppressor,,,,golf ball launcher. We decided we now need to invent gun golf.
