Loading...So the host said two days ago that they had a “storage API issue” that caused us to be down for 24 hours. Up until that point our 2 CPUs and 2 Gigs of RAM were running us at about 30% of capacity.
After the crisis the load mysteriously tripled… They swear they have no idea why… and they probably don’t. But I really doubt we suddenly have 300% of the traffic we had in the weeks before. BTW- the numbers and resource figures come from the server operating system. Not some report these guys supply.
I have now upped us to 3 GB of RAM and 3 CPUs but the load is still high.
I think I’ll have to move us again. This is bullshit. But that will have to wait until after Mardi Gras.
